We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. We ship only to the 48 contiguous states in the USA. Most items will ship standard ground (USA). There are, however, larger items that must travel via UPS oversize or truck freight.

Ships via UPS, FedEx, or Postal Service
Orders to PO Box, HI, PR, AK, APO, FPO are shipped via USPS

Please note: shipping to PO Boxes, APO and FPO will incur additional charges based on package size and weight. We will contact you after the order is placed to review the shipping costs.

How Long Does It Take An Order To Ship?

Orders typically ship after 3-5 business days of being placed.

What Is My Tracking Number?

Once your order has left the warehouse you will receive an email containing your order’s tracking number.

Do I Need To Be Present When My Package Is Delivered?

If your order includes a grill, it will require signature. If not, the carrier can leave it at their discretion.

I Received A Damaged Package. What Should I Do?

I Returned An Item, But Haven’t Received A Refund. Who Should I Contact?

Returns

Simply to print your return label or contact us. All other orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Payment Options:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB and Paypal.

Sorry, we cannot split payments onto separate cards or pay methods. Please note all charges and refunds are posted in US Dollars.

Damage Claims:

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify UPS and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for 5 business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.
