Did not like that the camera gets flaky and may take continuous images every 5-6 seconds until it just stops. Or the pic quality drops with thousands of pin-point black dots. Cannot depend on the Mug Shot to be reliable, and only learn after retrieving the SD card that a problem exists. Find out after the return date is past. Or send it to Primos and they say the camera works just fine for them.I like the quality of the pics, and the controls on the camera. But not reliable. Have to switch to a different brand.

The on and off switch and the movie/photo switch are labeled backwards. They do have little arrows that point the position but with out light and glasses you can’t see it.

So this review specifically covers the Primos Quick shot from 2018 but the technology is similar to the listed product. I have been incredibly happy with this product. I purchased them at the end of last season at a great price and now have a bit more experience with the product. As you can see in the photos attached the camera is more than adequate for patterning deer. I use these in locations where deer linger as this trigger speed can be a bit sluggish and have no issues. It also has a struggle sometimes determining whether to use the flash or not and this makes for inconsistent brightness in the photos but for my purposes this is not a problem. Battery life has been excellent thus far. I have another brands cameras as well, a bigger brand, and the photo quality is not that different day or night although the exposure with that unit is always dead on. And that unit continually gives me low battery warning with brand new batteries in brand new cameras. I have to say I have no complaints with the Primos product and definitely recommend you consider them when purchasing new Game Cams!

This thing worked for a few months, then stopped taking images in the dark. Sent it in for a replacement at our expense and they sent us a second one that wouldn’t work right from the start. They want us to send that back too, also at our expense. Crappy made in China junk, and poor customer service as well. Buy something else.
