The best air fryer in the world. The food taste like it was deep fried and marinated for weeks. Love it, it’s amazing. This air fryer is worth every penny I paid for it.

The Philips Airfryer #HD9741/99 produces excellent quality food. It takes a bit of a learning curve to customize recipes for this air frying, but its wonderful results are worth the investment in time and patience. One of the minor issues I had was that its temperature settings come in 25-degree increments. To make chicken tenders, the recipe I used called for a 360-degree setting. I had to choose between 350 and 375, so I had to adjust the time a bit. Let me just add that these were the crispiest, tastiest nuggets I have ever made. The same was true with my experiment with grilled cheese sandwiches. Wow, perfect toasting and no greasiness. Roasted vegetables, also a hit. I am using this fryer more than I initially imagined.This air fryer is a breeze to operate. Its operation is intuitively simple. Click the power button, set the temperature and click the button on the handle, set the time and click the button on the handle. Your off and cooking. It is also so easy to clean because of its multiple detachable parts: The easy-click handle is easily removed from the basket; The cooking basket, wire mesh bottom and fat reducer are dishwasher-safe.Oddly, the Philips Airfryer #HD9741/99 comes with a user manual that does not include this model. After studying the manual carefully, I concluded that this model is a stripped down one. It does not include the accessories that the models mentioned in the manual have, such as the baking pan, grill pan, splatter proof lid, double-layer rack with skewers or variety basket. This oversight is annoying because the manual leads one to believe, at first glance, that there are missing parts. In addition, many of the recipes in the recipe book require these accessories, so I do not have the ability to test the full baking or grilling capabilities of the fryer. In addition, the print in pastel green and pink is difficult to read. I won’t be using this recipe book much as a result unless I purchase the accessories.FINAL THOUGHTS: I give this product a 4.5 (rounded to 5) rating. I subtracted half a star for the booklet corner cutting.Hope this information has helped. Thanks for reading my review.

Makes almost perfect steak with presses of button. 12 minutes, flip the meat halfway, let the meat sit for 3 minute before cutting. I’ve never cooked in my life and this is so cool! If only it has some self cleaning feature it would be perfect lol I hate cleaning

This is my second air fryer. This one is actually smaller and has much better controls. I think it might be a tiny bit quieter but the fans still make some noise. It came with a nice large color cookbook.I cooked precooked sausages in this since it says fat removal and it worked great. Pizza rolls, fish sticks, french fries and sausages come out great. It might take a little longer than the microwave but much less time than an oven.I prefer foods cooked in the air fryer to the over. They are crispier and taste much better.This model has a nice screen and buttons along with a dial above the handle. You turn the dial to set the temp and time and press it like an enter button. My 11 year old figured out how to use it without any help. (the last one was slightly more difficult and we had to show him how to use that)The tray pulls out and has a grease catch under the actual basket It is easy to clean but it actually hasn’t gotten too dirty yet. (surprisingly)You can fit quite a bit in the basket but I believe there are larger models that would fit more. Our other air fryer was larger but to be honest, we never filled it. I think this size will probably work for us 95% of the time. It also takes up less counter space and that is important to me.

After using this pretty consistently for several weeks, I’ve decided I absolutely love this air fryer. I’ve been debating trying out an air fryer for a while but wanted to be sure it was something I’d actually use. I actually love using this air fryer! Priority one, It’s super easy to disassemble and clean. It says it’s dishwasher safe, so I generally just run parts of the basket through the dishwasher for convenience. Secondly, it’s incredibly easy to use. I mostly use it to make homemade turkey meatballs. The use it, I simply spray to inside of the basket with some olive oil, put in the meatballs and turn the dial to the appropriate temperature and press it, then turn the dial again to set the cook turn and press it. That’s it! Such an easy process, the only work involved is prepping whatever you cook in it and giving the basket a light spray of oil. My meatballs come out tender and juicy in the inside with a light crisp on the outside! It’s wonderful. I use it all the time and definitely will continue using it. It take about 12 minutes to cook my meatballs in the air fryer vs 20+ in the oven. Totally worth it!

Directions are precise for set up and pre-use. The first time we used it for wings and they were crispy and juicy but not too much as it drained off most of the fat. Some of the best wings I’ve made. Had to do them in multiple batches but it does fit a lot in the basket for one batch. Used it for fresh sweet potato fries and they came out great. Cleanup is pretty easy and straightforward. Can’t wait to use it again. It’s a winner.

This is my third air fryer, and I really love it! It’s super easy to use and to clean. I love how large this is. With our last two, we couldn’t cook enough fries in one batch for 3 people. This one makes enough for 4 people at once! No more double batches! We’ve only used our oven to bake gluten-free sourdough bread since we started using this!
