There’s a lot to like about this microwave: the fact that all sides are encased in stainless steel (unlike most models these days), its inverter technology that really does prevent frozen food from “cooking” during defrosting, its easy to use controls, and its spacious interior. My only real complaint is that it’s louder than the older microwave it replaced in my kitchen, which is why I’m not giving it 5 stars. It should also be noted that it’s quite large, and if I had to do it over again, I might have bought the smaller model. Nonetheless, I’m happy with my purchase.

Microwave failed 5 days after purchasing. Displayed code H98. Had to search internet to find what it meant since instruction manual does not give error codes. It is a fatal error. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Cooks more quickly than our previous ovens and has a very large turntable. Small plates can be placed next to each other. It is, however, pretty low inside. I have a vertical bacon cooker that I have to tilt in at an angle, then stand upright in the center. You adjust the time with either a dial or preset buttons. The dial is somewhat limited: after the one-minute setting or so, it only goes in 5-second increments–but we haven’t found that to be a problem. All in all, an excellent buy. We’ve had it about two months…if any issues come up over the next year or so, I’ll update my review.
