This is my second reel I’ve bought!I fish these reels hard and they don’t miss a beat. Cast control and clicker at this price, awesome. I have the Komodo- love it, Komodo SS- love it, Diawa Lexa, and the Citrix ends up in my hand a lot. I’ve pulled barracuda, calicos, and yellowtail with this and it doesn’t break a sweat. Buy it, fish it. You won’t be sorry. I’ve been fishing my first Citrix for over 3 years and it still kills it.

This thing is a beast. It feels like a work horse reeling those heavy lures in, its strong and smooth. It’s cast a mile away with ease it feels like. Pretty awesome. Whenyouu set the spool tension up for your lure, give it a little bump more for the first few casts until you get use to it, its crazy easy to get backlash with this thing

Excellent reel, smooth casting, everything feels solid and works as it should. Reel is significantly larger than my Abu Silver Max. I have 20 pound braid on it, very happy with this purchase. Drag works fine. Need to adjust magnet on the inside, no external magnet dial for cast control, no big deal.

Been using it for 2 seasons, salt, big blues and stripers. Simply the best reel for the money. Excellent, ez to adjust, drag controls even the largest fish. Slim profile is a godsend for kayak fishing.Line management is excellent. So is casting ability, due to unique guide that follows the line during the cast.### 04/17 update ###4 seasons now, still going strong, dont even bother other reels anymore when I go kayak fishing. 2 Okumas is all I carry.Caught some stripers just few hours ago.I clean it myself, once a season.

Majority of the stuff on the reel is very stiff and hard to turn and adjust, especially the 0-6, I have to take my spool out everytime just to adjust that. Recommend for a experience baitcaster fisherman. A newbie will have trouble with this kind of reel and probably leave okuma a bad review.

Bought this to put on my Orange Carrot Stick. Feels amazing so far. Well put together and works as well as the previously purchased Komodo. Love it and cant wait to get tons of use out of it.

Seems like a solidly built reel and cast well too. I can’t seem to figure out how to get the side plate off for adjustments but other than that I’m loving the feel, it fits great in the hand.

Good reel. Not super easy to adjust. Using it as a heavy bass/catfish/saltwater reel an doesn’t like to throw lures so much. Not easily adjustable at the lake. But works great!

Amazing reel for large topwater and large jerkbait. Fits perfectly in your hand and it has a great feeling retreive, fast, strong and tight. Handles muskies like a top notch reel should. I seriously think Okuma is to be considered on par with the best musky gear on the market today. This reel will not disapoint.

Muy sólido, muy fuerte. Un poco más grande de lo que se acostumbra en casting pero lo compenza con el freno de 25 libras. El tamaño de la bobina y la cantidad de linea puede almacenar lo hace excelente para pesca de orilla en playa o en estero. Yo lo utilizo en las lobinas y funciona muy bien
