I really love the look of this microwave. I loved it so much that I bought the matching coffee pot and toaster. I wish I would have waited to buy the other items because even though the microwave works, if you heat anything over 6 minutes it shuts down completely. The defrosting feature is also worthless as it shuts down before even heating up. The microwave has to cool down for about 10 minutes before we can start using it again. Needless to say this defeats the whol purpose of having a microwave. You might be saying why do you need to heat anything up for that long, but I like to eat my food super hot and I’ve never had any problems even with the cheapest microwaves I’ve bought at Walmart. I will keep on using until it gives out. Very disappointing because the look of it is beautiful. The coffee pot and toaster work perfectly fine.

This microwave is compact and cute, works great and is easy to use. Push the button once for a quick one minute session, or dial to fine tune the time. So far no problems, easy to clean. The body is enamel and the door/facade is plastic. I’m not a microwave fan but they’re convenient, and this one is easy on the eyes so both of us are happy. 5he blue is a nice Robin’s egg 50s blue. Easy to lift, sturdy cord.

Today is 3-4 mos since I’ve been actually using the microwave. I bought it and the matching toaster because they were reminiscent of my grandmother’s kitchen growing up. IT QUIT WORKING OUT OF THE BLUE! The tester’s center heating elements quit working about 3 weeks ago,but were were wrapping up the E.O.Y. at school. I’m horribly disappointed be cause I remodeled my kitchen based on RETRO APPLIANCES!😢
