I was so excited about my purchase and when I when to install it, I followed the instructions step by step and it will not turn on. I tested all plugs, ensured everything was setup properly. I clearly received a defective product. I am extremely disappointed this could happen.

So far love this product! We live in a 2 bedroom apartment and when we cook it tends to smell up the entire place for a while.. I’ve noticed right away that the air smells cleaner and it has not smelt after cooking since using this product! We also have a golden retriever and the pet odor is gone as well as my allergies ! I recommend for anyone that has allergies because it’s definitely helped mine and overall the air does feel cleaner

Awful product. I followed instructions and let it run for a full 48hrs on high to get rid of supposed VOC “from packing and shipping”. Despite this, the machine continues to produce a smell any time it is on and made my whole room smell. It makes my throat feel bad and I woke up just as congested as if I ran no filter in the room. My existing cheap HEPA outperforms this unit and actually detected particles/gases in the room after using Molekule! I fear for my health. I am returning it. It is defective as instead of reducing odors and improving my wellbeing, it did the opposite!

Recovering from a season full of illness and entering allergy season, Molekule has freshened my home and helped my family be more comfortable as flowers bloom. Not only that, it removed a weird smell coming from a room one day when I turned it on. It’s easy to move around and sleek, as to not disturb the aesthetic of our home. Love it!

I’m looking forward to seeing how the Molekule does at the height of spring pollen season but right now it’s doing a great job removing cooking odors, smoke, mold, and other stuff from the air. Much of my family suffers from asthma or other breathing sensitivities and since we’ve had the Molekule running we seem to be breathing easier. We have it in the central part of our mostly open plan 1400-sq-ft ranch and it works well. I did have a little trouble with setup. After connecting to the internet, it reported for more than 24 hours that it was updating its firmware. Finally, I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it no longer had the message. It’s certainly loud enough to hear in Auto mode, but Silent is pretty quiet.

***UPDATE 2***I’m increasing it another star just for that clean air smell. I’ve had dozens of purifiers (HEPA, Ionic, Ozone, UV) none of them made the air smell this clean! My go to air purifier is still a medical grade HEPA but I’m really starting to like this one.*** UPDATE***From what I can tell, “auto” is just one speed depending on the size of the room. It doesnt ramp up or down depending on air quality. In fact, I don’t think it has any sensors to monitor air quality. It’s not a “smart” air purifier at all. For this kind of money, you should be getting Flagship top of the line, all the bells and whistles air purifier. What your actually getting is a 3 speed fan connected to the internet. Leaving at 3 stars dependent on air quality measured with meters over a 30 day time. I will say the air does smell better. It’s hard to explain but it smells “crisp” like being outside. I have HEPA, true HEPA, and H13 HEPA that don’t make the air smell clean like the Molekule does. Once the meters run for a month I will come back and update the review.Pretty heavy air purifier. Initial review is based on setup of unit and configuring. The app is abysmal! Locks up and crashes. Had to remove and add device numerous times. Finally got it set up and it seems to be working fine for now. Given the price of this air purifier, I was expecting MUCH more from the app than just 3 speeds. How about daily, weekly, monthly reports on air quality. Anything more than just the 3 speeds and filter status. I will continue to update as time goes on.

I’m thrilled with this air purifier. While I don’t own a device to measure air quality, I can smell the air is fresher in the room I use it in. I ran it when my ten year old was sick with the flu. Not only the room smelled fresh, almost as if we had our windows open, but both my wife and I didn’t fall sick with the flu despite being in the same house and room the entire time he was sick. I would say it’s inductive evidence that the purifier does indeed destroy viruses, in addition to VOCs, bacteria, mold, dust, etc. The design is very clean and modern. The felt handle attached to the purifier makes it easy to carry it around the house. The touchpad that’s on top of the device is virtually invisible. To activate the touchpad, click the center top of the device and choose the fan speed. The speed goes from one (slowest) to five (highest). It gets pretty noisy at speed four and five, but I like the white noise at night. The filter is to be changed every six months. Highly recommended!

This is a very sophisticated and compact air purifier that I use to work in my den. I especially like that it is able to filter out particles as small as viruses (vira), as well as larger particles such as dust mites, air pollution, smoke odors and cat dander. I have 3 cats and am more and more allergic to them by the day, but I can’t give them up, they are family. I take allergy medications and do the best I can, but this air purifier certainly will help. I have another type of air purifier working in my bedroom. I like that the machine is very low noise.
