Makes good coffee and looks nice from afar. Quite a bit bigger than other Nespresso machines I’ve seen, and a lot heavier.This is almost a premium design, but is severely let down by the use of flimsy silvery plastic knobs that look & feel inferior and are guaranteed to break decades before the hulking 50 lbs body.Buy it as a coffee machine that makes good coffee and sits securely on the kitchen counter, don’t expect it to “feel” as high quality up close.

Great machine! I have sampled many Nespresso machines and find that the Kitchen Aid produces the nicest coffee. Imean it’s no manual espresso machine but for a does everything I expected.

I don’t know the recourse for this, but we did not receive the 16 capsules that were supposed to come with the machine. I don’t know what to do because we love the machine and don’t want to return the machine itself, but we also will not have the opportunity to sample the different flavors before we order new capsules. Very disappointed. Luckily, I bought a separate set of capsules or my husband wouldn’t have had any coffee to try on Christmas morning.This is the second time this month I have ordered an Amazon prime item where it didn’t have all of the items it was supposed to have.

I really love this machine. I have always wanted this for such a long time. And when I saw the KitchenAid product I was extremely excited because it is in that red color that matches my kitchenAid beehive coffee grinder. Unlike my KitchenAid beehive coffee grinder this espresso maker does not appear to have the same quality construction. I have been tempted to send it back twice however my daughter bless her heart convinces me I to keep it, if it acts up one more time, I will send it back and get another one of course. hopefully that one will work consistently better than the current one.
