The K2 summit series delivers extremely rugged and durable ice chests that deliver maximum ice retention without breaking the bank.
Our coolers are constructed by rotational molding which uses high temperature and low pressure.
This is a time intensive process but the end result is a durable, one-piece cooler with no seams for maximum durability and life, ENDURA integrated hinge system, HOLD tight anchoring points, and SURE Grip rubber feet.
We use UV stabilized polyethylene and up to 3 inches of polyurethane foam to give the cooler superior insulating capabilities and the ultimate in strength and rigidity

Went out on a limb and selected this cooler. It has been great so far. Keeps things cold, if you put enough Ice in it. Locked it up in a hot truck, parking lot full sun. I cold drinks after work, It fits the back seat of a Dodge Ram just fine. The seal is really good. I put foam water pipe insulation on the handles, so they won’t drive you nuts banging up against the side of the cooler while driving down the road. I guess if its in the back of the truck, you won’t hear it. Its a well built cooler . Only thing that bothers me, they won’t come out and say ‘Made in the USA’They beat around the bush on their website. On Amazon they don’t say where they are made, they say the company headquarters in in South Louisiana. C’mon guys say you are made in USA or say assembled in USA with Thailand components. I want to know, that is important to me. No sticker on the cooler saying made in USA.I think a Bear would eat the latches, but I don’t plan on letting a bear get to my cooler. They keep it closed tight.Its a great product, heavy little dude, but keeps ice and drinks cold, that’s for sure! I would buy another one.hope this helps DH

I did some research and really liked the fact that this cooler is a rotomolded cooler. I pre-chilled the cooler for a day and then refilled it with 20 lbs of ice. I went on a trip for 3 days and there was still ice in the chest on the 3rd day. I especially find the drain plug convenient as I don’t have to worry about spilling everything while draining the cooler. The handles are very sturdy. I fit a 12 pack of cans and 32 kids drinks in this cooler with 20lbs of ice and I still had more room for cans. The latches are easy to unlatch. The cooler can get a bit heavy once you fill everything but that is expected. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to using it on more trips!

I’m very happy with the performance of the cooler, I was inspired to buy a rotomolded cooler after going on a trip with some friends that had a Yeti and saw how well it performed. I put 20 pounds of ice in the cooler on Thursday morning and here I am Monday with a good amount of ice still holding strong. The 20 pounds of ice was put in the cooler to pre-cool the cooler, and I never added additional ice to it after filling the cooler with beer and food for a weekend trip. I live in Arizona and the temperature was around 100-105 all weekend and kept it in the car all weekend, going to and from Flagstaff on Sunday (full disclosure, flagstaff is much cooler than Phoenix). Very pleased all around with the cooler

I have several premium coolers (Techni-Ice, Down Under, Grizzly, and my son has Yeti and Engle). First let me say, I really like K2. The latches pointing up were kind of “different”, the size is GREAT (I have the 30, that is square), the fit and finish is second to none (this thing is so air tight it is hard to open the lid after cool down), the drain plug gets condensation on it (will fill the backside with either epoxy or silicone sealant and add a lanyard). Ice retention is better than sons Yeti 45 and my Grizzly 16, the others are about the same, they will keep ice about a week. I would take my K2 over all but maybe Techni-Ice.

Awesome product. Just the right size and holds ice really well once you get the inside cooled down. First bag of ice lasted 26 hours. Then drained the water and added a 10lb bag of ice which last 4 days. It has been 2 weeks and we just drain the water and add a bag of ice every 4 days. We put a 12 pack of drinks in it every day. Temps are mid 80’s during the day. Couldn’t be more pleased. Was well worth the price.

I looked at every brand of cooler and gambled that this cooler was good. I gambled right. it holds a case of beer easily and even with opening and closing the lid all day it keeps ice solid.

Cooler is more then expected. I bought the 30 and was afraid it wasn’t going to be big enough because it says only 20 cans but after I got it it’s more then enough. I managed to fit 40 cans and 20lb of ice!

Read the reviews and took a chance of this product. Very well made. Drain seals well. Latches down right. Holds a 20 lb bag of ice with all the drinks. I have had ice last over five days when it was not opened. I would buy this again
