After using lightly for commercial use for 3 months, we have found the JURA Giga W3 to meet our needs sufficiently. Utilizing locally roasted espresso style beans and 2% milk, our customers have been very satisfied with the quality of drink our machine puts out. Maintenance & cleaning have been easy, and we are thoroughly satisfied with the construction of the product.

I have owned and used around a dozen super automatic espresso machines in the last 15 years, the big names like Delonghi, Krups, Gaggia, and Saeco. This is my third Jura machine I have had. Jura is hands down the best manufacturer of these automatic machines. We use them in workplace environments and sometimes for large dinners with a dozen or more guests. The professional lines like the Jura Giga can keep up without disrupting your day. The other machines are not made to be used by many people. The water tank on this is huge, and I suggest buying the filter for water as it prevents scale buildup (it’s sometimes difficult to find the correct sized filter on amazon though). The drip tray and used grounds container are also huge when compared. The other machines can’t brew more than 6 servings before you have to remove the tray to dump the water and empty the grounds, and then refill the tiny water tank. Moreover, the coffee bean hopper has a tight-fitting rubber seal for fresher coffee and itStores over a Pound of coffee, which again no other brands have. It’s latte and cappuccino function is unparalleled as well, maybe the only brand that doesn’t just spray watery milk and steam everywhere when you want a cappuccino. It makes microfoam just right.I will say that you must clean this thoroughly when it will not be used longer than 8-12 hours. Not a full cleaning program on the machine, but just a good rinse of every line and stuff. Like…the milk frother will stop producing good foam if it is gunked up at all.They are very expensive, but then again most nice things cost money to make and design. You get what you pay for. Push a button and you get a coffee or espresso that I find hard discerning the difference from a professional barista’s, but that may just me not knowing what is good. I know that I love the long coffee it makes. A true café allonge that I prefer from when I lived in France. Push the coffee button and you get a true long coffee. I try to order that in coffee shops here in America and I can’t ever get them to make it correctly. Whatever, I’ll just stick to my Jura and get what I want.
