After reading all the reviews, the #1 complaint everyone had was that you couldn’t purchase PRECUT Filters to fit on the Honeywell air purifier HPA100 or 200 or 300. When you actually order them they are not pre-cut so everybody hates to have to measure and cut them themselves . I worked very diligently finding them precut . You can purchase them from Amazon … just type in VEVA advanced filters. You will see the precut pre-filter for your Honeywell HPA 100 . That same pre-filter fits for the 200 and 300 series also . And Honeywell does not to make the pre-cut pre-filter’s for the HPA 100 to 200 and 300 series . But still continue buying your Honeywell HEPA replacement filter R.So now I have informed everybody where to purchase their pre-cut pre-filter for the HPA 100 to 200 and 300 series. You will be so happy with this purchase. I just put my pre filter in…. it fits perfectly!!!! I am very happy with my purchase and you will also be happy too 😃Thank you for taking the time to read this important post.

This unit makes a clicking noise while it runs and the replace filters smell so bad! They make the whole room smell like a plastic/rubber smell. So strong that I get a headache from it. Horrible!

I bought this air purifier to take to work. The coworker that sat next to me retired at the end of March, and the person that they replaced him with smokes. I have asthma, and am extremely sensitive to smoke. The company gave me a huge industrial air purifier, but another coworker started complaining immediately because he said it was too loud. He then started turning it down as soon as I walked out of the office (even for just a minute), and turning it off completely when I went to lunch. My asthma that was previously perfectly controlled got to the point where I was having to use my rescue inhaler at least once a day, and had to do breathing treatments. I knew that I needed to do something, so I did some research and came across this air purifier. The reviews sounded good, so I bought it. This is the best air purifier that I have ever owned, and I could not be happier with it. The allergen setting is VERY quiet. In fact, if I have my little fan on at my desk, I can’t hear the air purifier. The turbo setting is awesome, and takes out odors very quickly. I have been running it at the allergen setting, and have not had a single complaint. I have had it for a week, and my asthma has already improved.

Had it almost a year now. Use it in my bedroom. Makes a big difference during allergy season, I don’t wake up stuffy any more. I just replaced the pre-filter for the first time and it was filthy. They do say change it every month or two but I was lazy. Now I know better.

When Honeywell made air filtration units they were amazing. Now they have licensed their name to KAZ and the units are nowhere near as good and some are embarrassingly poor. I have purchased two units a small and a large. The large one did not last the month before a grinding noise happened. I shipped it back they sent me a replacement I hope their motors last. But here is the really awful thing.: Their filters do not last and are terribly expensive. The small unit prefilter showed red in less than a month and it is in a small enclosed office. Like the color printers who want you to buy endless amount of overpriced ink this is a way to sell you less than efficient filters. Get something else.

I bought 2 for my Mom. There were wildfires that were emitting clouds of smoke. She also has respiratory challenges. These were a life saver. The clean the air really well. But buy enough for the space you live in. Small and light weight enough to move from room to room.

After purchasing this product and using it for a few months, I bought a second one for my office as well. My doctor recommended this product and brand, so after multiple rounds of bronchitis and more, I made the purchase. It is very simple to use and options are clearly marked on the product. It doesn’t take up much space, isn’t obtrusive and has a long cord so moving it to different areas is simple. Thankfully it doesn’t scream medical device, so leaving it out when guests are over is fine. Different setting have different noise levels, so you can make it quieter as needed. For example, when I leave the office for the weekend, I turn it on turbo mode to thoroughly clean the air then notch it down when in the office to the allergy or germ settings. Its hard to measure effectiveness of prevention devices, but the air certainly feels and smells cleaner, if that’s possible! Its not cheap, but it is an investment into your health. And you are worth it!

My boyfriend has horrible allergies. It didn’t solve all his problems, but definitely made this past spring the best one he has had in a while. It really cleaned out the air and so he wasn’t congested and miserable 24/7.

Mi mujer y uno de mis hijos (3 años) estaban teniendo problemas respiratorios (aparentemente) de alergias durante todo Diciembre, sobre todo por las noches. Compré los filtros para ponerlos en cada recámara y prenderlos durante la noche y se solucionaron los problemas, desde que llegaron todos pasamos buenas noches.El aparato luce de buena calidad, tal cual viene en la foto. Sólo hay que desempacarlo, sacar los filtros del aparato, quitarles las bolsas, volverlos a poner y es todo. Es relativamente silencioso, como un ventilador pequeño. Tiene timer y diferentes niveles de filtrado así como dimmer para “apagar” los leds que molestan por la noche.A pesar de ser el más pequeño de la gama, es más grande de lo que esperaba pero ligero.Si lees esto, es que no he tenido fallas con el producto y no he requerido modificar esta revisión. Hasta ahora, todo bien.
