I’m an avid cookie baker, and my kitchenaid died a painful death. Unhappy about that, but I needed a mixer for the holidays. I can easily knock out 12 batches of cookies, and two batches of bread in a day.Got this thing unboxed, was impressed with the overall appearance. It appears to be well covered, so the chances of getting flour in the assembly are low. On the other side, the mixer will be much harder to service. The body feels like plastic, rather than metal, but makes the assembly lighter. The top of the mixer has a speed guide, which is delightful. There are suction cups on the bottom, which keeps it from rattling around nearly as much as the kitchenaid. The head lift is a mechanical button, not really a fan, especially with chocolate chips, because it can get a bit tight.I can only do one batch of cookies in this one at a time, which is lousy, but workable. It came with the guard, which was wonderful, and saved me hours of cleaning today.Overall, I like this machine better than my kitchenaid, and I hope it gets more traction in the market.

I’ve never owned a stand up mixer and with the costs of Kitchenaid mixers, I’ve been hesitant. With the good reviews and better price, I gave it a try.I’ve made: Challah Bread, Cinnamon Rolls & icing. The dough hook made kneading way easier!Big fan so far, like the suction cups on the bottom.Easy clean up bowl & slippery, non-stick on attachments.

This a great standard mixer without breaking the bank. I’ve made two dozen cookies(beat blade), pizza dough(dough hook), baked French Toast(whisk attachment) and English Muffin bread(dough hook) in two days since delivery! The attachments are dishwasher safe but I prefer to wash by hand and it is a breeze to do so. The suction cups on the bottom keep the machine secure on the counter while in use. It’s VERY lightweight and easy to move around. This a good stand mixer for a beginner cook or for simple baking. I couldn’t be happier!

I am very disappointed with this product. It doesn’t seem to be that durable. The mixer was literally shaking violently when I tried to mix up cookie dough. The shield guard is useless. It has a very small opening in an awkward place to add ingredients while the mixer is on. Each time I wanted to add more ingredients I would have to stop the mixer and tilt up the head and then put it in carefully because the beater is in the way. The bowl has small dimensions at the top. You only get the one bowl. In my cooking and baking needs I need multiple bowls and you can’t use a regular bowl. I also was not able to find any online. At one point the mixer just wouldn’t start. I’m in the middle of mixing a receipt and the thing won’t go. I finally tried unplugging it and then re plugging it back into the outlet. I will be returning this product it doesn’t work right. What a disappointment!

This mixer is a great mixer for the price. I was hesitant on going from a two beater design down to a single beater design and so far I am not disappointed. The shape of the beaters versus the shape and volume of the bowl work together in unison to allow for a great mix of whatever it is you are mixing/beating/folding/etc.Nothing feels overly cheap; but again I am making this statement for a product at this price point. We are not reviewing a $35,000 Hobart floor mixer here. The stand flips up easily and locks back down quite easily. The Beater releases easily.Overall I would recommend this product and would buy it again. I will update if there are issues as time goes by.

I waited a long time to buy a stand mixer. I checked out several models . Read tons of reviews. So very happy i went with this Hamilton Beach 63391Stand Mixer. I don’t do a lot of baking but when my Black and Decker hand mixer finally died i didn’t want to mix homemade cookies and donuts by hand. Perfect for the job. So far worked great for everything from Mixing Meatloaf and pie crust To whipping Cream!! Really like this mixerThinking of buying one for my daughter and one for my son’s girlfriend for next Christmas!!

I was disappointed in how it performed when mixing a cake batter. I bought this because I thought it would make it easier to mix a cake recipe. But, it didn’t mix well on the sides of the bowls even after scraping the sides. I guess I will go back to my hand mixer.

So far, I love this mixer. I had a KitchenAid, and after 20 years, it gave up the ghost. I just didn’t want to pay $400+ dollars for another KitchenAid, and was excited to find the Hamilton Beach for 1/5 the price. It does everything I need a stand mixer to do. It doesn’t have the powered hub, but I never used that feature, even when I had it. So, I don’t miss it.

I have a shoulder injury so even stirring simple things can aggravate it.This standmixer is perfect for all my baking and mixing needs. It kneads bread doughMixes cakessAnd ground beef for hamburgers .I made the cowboy cookie recipe that comes in the booklet . It is a very stiff dough and the mixer handled it well. pretty much anything you need stirred or kneaded it can handle. It is lightweight but sturdy.I am very happy with this purchase

Great value mixer. Did not want to spend to much or get a unit too large. This unit checked both of those boxes off. Happy with it so far

Mixer works well for my purposes. Have used it to mix cake batter and biscuit dough so far. Doesn’t walk on the counter and mixer attachments seem to get close enough to the bowl that constant scraping down isn’t needed.

Absolutely love my new mixer. Have used it now a few times and it works great. It’s so much lighter than a Kitchen Aide and does the same things I need it for.
