Delivery time -⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – -The delivery time was amazing. I believe under three days which tells me that it was at a local warehouse. Condition of Contents – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – – The bag and its contents appeared rummaged through and put back together poorly. The products themselves appeared in New working condition. The product ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/2 – – i’m a big guy- 6 foot five, 250 pounds, I’d like my tools to have a little weight – which in my mind equates to durability. I had a Dewalt 36 V drill with a reciprocating saw – With those tools in your hands, you knew they were going to get the job done and do it for many years. I got 12 years out of the battery. The tools themselves are still in good working condition, but I can’t justify the price of replacing the battery given their age. The new product ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/2 Depending on one’s mentality, the light weight feel of this product can be interpreted as a plus or minus. Price for this product (at the time) I felt was pretty damn good, If you considered purchasing these products individually.- -Individually the body of the products haven’t done anything that I would consider disappointing. Batteries ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Now I am a bit spoiled, I had a 36 V that in my mind rarely left me wanting more. As a result, theses new batteries individually leave me wanting . But when you take into consideration the fact that you have two of them and how fast they charge – One could consider it a trade off when factoring in the overall price.- – good or bad I will do my best to update you on my total satisfaction of this product in the future.

The recip saw vibrates so much that it is unusable. You cannot place the blade at the cut with any degree of precision. The drill and the circular saw is okay. The flashlight … who needs a pointy flashlight? So, for the money, you get a lousy circ saw with limited battery and small blade, the screwdriver, and the bag. You are better off buying tools from other manufacturer or tools separately.

UPDATE: Apologies to DeWALT! As my contractor pointed showed me yesterday, you have to push in the battery on the charger until it “clicks”. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the battery, just a dim witted operator with only 7 years of formal education lol. In my defense, I’ve never had to charge my current 12v DeWALT batteries in five years of occasional use, they’ve been that good. Hoping these new 20s do just as well!===Recently, I decided it was time to add to/upgrade my existing DeWalt cordless impact driver and corded drill (both of which have served me faithfully for years) and add a couple more tools to the DIY arsenal, so I purchased this combo kit off Amazon. When the kit arrived, I promptly opened up the packaging to make sure everything was as it should be. To my surprise and great disappointment, one of the 20v batteries (DCB203) included would not fully charge (even though the charger indicated–by solid red light–that it, in fact, was fully charged. This battery only showed a single green light and would not budge, despite over an hour of charging. Just to make sure, I checked the other included battery (which showed two green lights–progress!) and plugged it into the charger and–voila–the charger immediately began flashing red continuously for a little under the hour it took to fully charge up. Sure enough, when I removed the 2nd battery from the charger and pressed its indicator, it showed three green lights as it should.Figuring I just received a bad battery, I contacted Amazon which, instead of simply sending me a replacement battery, oddly sent me an entirely new combo kit, which I received today. Unfortunately, the batteries included in the new combo kit have the same problem (regardless of which charger I use). In fact, these new ones may be worse. Once more, the charger shows a solid red light on both, however, the battery indicator on one shows (again) a single green light, while the other only shows only two green lights.Rather than go back again to Amazon, I figure four total lights is better than three and that this may be something I’m going to have to live with. am wondering if perhaps there is a bad batch that DeWalt sent out of the plant in Mexico, or if I am just an idiot and doing something wrong? Other than that, everything else seemed to be in order and the combo kit is great and I look very forward to using them for many years to come. It is just more than a little disappointing that such an integral part to the whole set does not appear to be living up to the DeWalt reputation.

We have a set of the older type of Dewalt tools. I really like all of them and the batteries charged quickly and lasted a reasonable time. We built an entire off grid house with them and finally the batteries got tired. We debated whether to buy the expensive Dewalt replacements. We bought generic ones instead but they didn’t have the power to run the saw. Finally we gave in and bought this set. We are sooooo unimpressed. The batteries take forever to charge and don’t hold a charge even half as long as our old ones did when they were new. I positively hate the drill. The saw works but we get only a few cuts before having to recharge. We do not recommend this set. We will be investing in a couple of the old batteries and using this set as a back up.

The drill driver and reciprocating saw have been awesome. Happy to get rid of the cords! Also got the Dewalt driver bit kit which has been very helpful. Use the driver all the time – saves lots of time on small projects. Using the reciprocating saw for pruning. Is fast and effective for branches up to about 2.5 inches in diameter. The light is actually too bright and no focus adjustment. The reflection off any surface, even your hand, is blinding. Haven’t used the circular saw yet.

It is a pitty that there is no more than 5 star for this product. I used these tools for building a mid size chicken coop with friends and this was the best “tool” experience we ever had. Batteries lasted long hours without loosing any power and all tools worked flawlessly.I thank Dewalt for these excellent tools and Amazon for creating a market that is affordable for people to obtain.

The tools all looked great, however, after using them for the 2nd time the batteries wouldn’t hold a charge. Spent the majority of the time charging and switching batteries just to install a couple of shelves. I’m most likely going to have to buy new batteries which is about half the cost of my tool set. Very disappointed.
