Bought one of these for a cheap replacement microwave. It showed up DOA and I had to immediately ask for a return which was handled nicely by Amazon. Got the new one and it worked fine but within 45 days it now takes over twice as long to heat items to the same extent and seems to be losing power a little more every week. Did not even get 2 months of reliable service from this. Avoid at all costs and look for another make / model.

Never really worked that well, sub par heating but I never did big heating items in it. But just after a year and 8 months heating became worse then suddenly went out all together. Hopefully that was a safety measure because the side of the microwave on the outside and top was sooo hot to the touch something would have melted had it gone any longer. They just don’t make appliances to last anymore.

I got this microwave about a month ago, and I have to say this little microwave is a real winner! It’s counter foot print is small, very small for the 700 Watts it packs.So let’s talk about those 700 watts. While at first it may seem like 700 watts is a little on the low side-because most food packaging doesn’t have directions for 700 watt microwaves-by simply adding on an additional 30 seconds on to most 1000 watt cook times the job gets done.As I said, I got this microwave about a month ago and I’ve been using it multiple times a day and it’s been keeping up splendidly. It’s quiet and easy to clean. One of the best kitchen purchases I’ve made in a long time.
