Worked as expected for the first few months. Cooked things evenly and had plenty of size for frozen pizzas and large dishes. Then the toast timer would hang up and stop ticking, cooking anything in the toaster indefinitely unless you realize that you should have heard a ding by now or smelt the smoke from whatever it is you are unintentionally burning. Since then, both the toast and bake timers have started to hang up, and now it is practically unusable unless you plan on standing around watching your food cook.Really surprised that this toaster started malfunctioning after only a few months and lasted less than two years overall. I had always considered black and decker a safe bet for household appliances. I have seen toaster oven timers timers get hung up before and for years now have turned the dial all the way to the max, then back down to the time I need to combat this. This particular toaster, however, would in fact start ticking, then stop in the same place (around 45 seconds remaining?) every time, rather than not start ticking at all.If toasters are your business, and this problem has been well known for years, I just don’t understand how this can still be an issue on a timer that should only be cents on the dollar to improve. Of course I am well past the warranty so it is too late for me, but maybe not for you! Go digital timer and avoid this toaster!

This is deceptive marketing. Only the face where the controls are different between the $57 and $78 cost. The body of the stainless is black. Only shown as only one part of one picture. Very disappointed in the description. Be sure to look at he one picture that shows part of top for color of body . Advertised as all stainless, but by assumption only.

This oven never got within 50° of the correct cooking temp. I got a replacement oven & it was just as bad. If you need to cook anything over 325° DO NOT order this oven. I lost my money on this one & still had to spend more to get something that worked. Love the Breville Smart Oven, but my budget will feel the pay twice, get one for a while.

This is a great counter top mini oven. It runs a little hot, but once you get use to the temperature settings, its fine. The top knob is to set the temperature to use the oven setting, the middle knob is for setting the timer for the convection oven, and the bottom knob is for setting the timer for the toaster feature. If you want to toast something turn the knob on the top all the way to the left until it clicks then use the bottom knob to set the timer. Usually 10 minutes is enough, but until you get use to how hot it runs don’t walk away watch it to make sure it doesn’t burn. To use the convection oven setting turn the top knob to the desired temperature, then turn the second knob to set the timer. The broiler setting is very hot too so don’t walkaway or if you set the timer it might burn. I have mine in the corner under my kitchen cabinets because I don’t have much counter top space in my kitchen. All in all I love this BLACK AND DECKER 8 SLICE EXTRA WIDE TOASTER OVEN, IT IS A GREAT PRODUCT.

This Toaster Convection Oven works well. It bakes food fast, the toaster works great. While in operation, it gets very hot! Be careful. The timer and toaster function ticks really loud! Sounds like a time bomb. Overall I like it though.

I have a teenage son that was always cooking something in the oven, always having to preheat… I purchased this for him in mind but it has become the most used appliance in our kitchen now. It works great to make a pizza or for me to make rolls or bisquits for meal without having to preheat the oven…or the occasional batch of cookies. Our only issue is that it never really gets above 325. I placed and oven thermometer in while I was baking cookies. It was set at 375 and it never made it there. This is not a huge deal for us but for others it may be a deal breaker.

It big and beautiful. Not digital, has knobs to twist for cooking and toasting, which, actually is much better than trying to use digital buttons, IMO.I receive it within a week of purchase, popped it open, stuck some bread in it, and it didn’t toast the bread, since, the toast indicator wouldn’t turn on the oven, however, this is my foolishness, since, I assumed I knew how to toast bread, boy was I wrong (lol). It’s easy though, change the dial to toast, use the bottom knob to the bread image and lo and behold toasted bread.Actually, it’s very easy to use, cooks/backs fast with the added heat air flow quality as a confection toaster oven. Opens simply, however, the only thing I don’t care about, is that if one toasts breads with butter (frozen garlic bread) the dripping does get on the heating rods, other than that, it remains simple and effective toaster oven at high quality, in my opinion.

Seller did not warn me before pruchase that this required a Voltage Converter, and the seller decided to EDIT AND ADD to the description only after me debating with him AFTER purchase. Most voltage converters are priced at approx same rate as the oven itself. This makes it very impractical to go in for this brand with US ratings as compared to readily available other international brands in the market. The Seller has been dishonest on this one. Im rating this three star instead of a five. The product is really nice though/

Uneven, one side of the oven cook quicker, I wanted to save time but it usually take 5 more minutes than using my stove.

I like it. When we travel with our LQ Horse Trailer we Use a BBG and the Oven outside under the Awning. Keeps Cooking Smells out of the LQ. I’m now looking for a Small Cover for it when we keep on one of the tables outside. Follow the instructions for Cooking and it turns stuff out just like at home. Better variety of meals when in Az for the winter

Love the extra wide dimension, but sometimes setting the temperature needs to be checked carefully. Have not had it very long, so perhaps I need practice!. Saves using the big stove, a bonus in this hot weather.
