Less people Are Getting Sick in The Office :-). We added a few of these to the office and everyone is breathing a lot easier. Being in the Bluegrass State- KY- there is much to sneeze about and germs were being passed around at an alarming rate.We are also in a space that is being renovated- this causes much dust in the vents. These machines take the sneezes out of our day! A Healthy employee is a happy and productive employee… Thank You!

Love this product! My daughter has allergies and she would have sneezing fits from every morning when she woke up. We put the AeraMax in her room and her sneezing and sniffling has stopped! The unit looks sleek and attractive then other air purifiers we looked at. It’s also very quiet and forget it’s even in the room. My favorite feature on the Aeramax is the sensor that detects something in the air and automatically turns up to treat it. Very convenient so that its always working and I don’t have to worry about turning on and off. We are going to get get another for our living room!

great for the area it is expected to cover. I recently purchased the Fellowes AeraMax DX 95 as I have a case of asthma and live here in Tucson, AZ where the dry weather is not good for my condition apparently. This machine is on night and day and it seems to be doing the trick of keeping my home much more pleasant for easier breathing.

Cleans the air. I tried this after some over cooked food in the kitchen. Seems to help remove the odor, it’s not noisy so an ok product.

It seems to work. I placed the item in my 1 year old’s room. For the first hour or so it has some funny smell but it eventually went away. It’s very quiet so wasn’t disturbing my kid during naps. I think it works pretty ok and gets rid of smells quickly (I have placed this near diaper pail.)

Good quiet air purifier. Impressed with how quiet this air purifier is. I feel more comfortable sleeping with the window open with the air purifier since I have neighbors who smoke. This air purifier has also helped remove some of the odors from cooking in this small studio. When I first turned it on, it had a chemical smell which eventually went away. It does emit a blue light which can be a bit distracting at night.

Great Air Purifier. I always felt that we should get an air purifier but never pulled the trigger. After all, we dust, we vacuum, how dirty can our house really be (you’d be surprised)? I have now been using this item for 8 weeks and it’s great. I can see that it’s collecting dirt (I’ve been checking the filter), it’s relatively quiet(except for collaborates from time to time). It looks ‘high tech’ in our living room and not out of place.

Air cleaner. We have been using this for about 2 months. My daughter has bad allergies and it has helped clean the air during the night. It is somewhat quiet but one thing we really do not like it the control panel lights on the unit are very bright. You cannot adjust them or turn them off and they light up the room. We put a shirt over it to cover the control panel during the night. Overall, a very nice unit and we will continue using it.

Works as designed. There is some oder in my downstair bedroom, so I used this purifier to circulate the air and trying to remove the oder. It works fine, and I can feel the oder is release, it is still there, but much better now. I put it in automatic mode, most of the time it is very quite, and I can hardly notice it is running, but sometimes it will blow stronger and make itself noticeable, but in general it is acceptable. And it asks me to replace the filter after about three months’ running.

Super Product – Wonderful Clean Air! I can’t tell you how great the Fellowes AeraMax DX95 Air Purifier works. We have been using it in our 1000+ square foot home for over a week now and what a difference it makes!
This unit said it is rated for 295 square feet but I have to say it has been working great for our entire home. We have it located in our living room and have one person in the home that smokes, but with the DX95 running on the “Auto” setting the air in our home stays fresh and the smoke odor is eliminated unlike before. We did have 2 small air purifiers running before the DX95 arrived and the 2 running didn’t clear the air like this one unit does!
It has what is called a AeraSmart Sensor that monitors the air quality and automatically adjusts the fan speed to clear the air when you have it set on the “Auto” setting. The control panel will show you the quality of the air by changing the color of the AeraSmart light from blue (good) to amber (bad) to red (worst). Since using this we have noticed the smart sensor change a few times to amber when someone is smoking in the room and clears the odor rather quickly. Also located on the control panel are lights that will light up to tell you when the carbon or HEPA filter should be changed.
It uses a true HEPA filter that the manufacturer said will last for 12 months along with a carbon filter that should last 3 months.
The air in our house smells so fresh now, with 3 cats that means a lot. It does have what they call
“PlasmaTRUE Technology” that is a ionizer that runs as long as the unit is on. I would like to have the choice to turn off the ionizer since there are some that say too much ionized air may not be good for those with some health problems, but for us it does not seem to have any negative effects.
The control panel also has indicator lights to let you know when to change the carbon filter and the True HEPA filter which is a big plus, no more guessing or wasting money.
I have found both filters readily available online at Walmart.com, the HEPA filter is: Fellowes 9287201 True HEPA Filter with Aerasafe Antimicrobial Treatment and the carbon filter is: Fellowes 4-Pack Large Carbon Filters (9324201).
If you have any type of allergy I would highly recommend this unit to you, I personally have seasonal allergies along with sinus problems and have found that the DX95 solves my sinus problems. One more detail is that this unit has a 3 year warranty against any defect or workmanship, not too many manufacturers believe in their products like this anymore, it says a lot for Fellowes.

no assembly required I just plugged it in,The AeraMax DX55 came with a simple, one page manual.didn’t even read the instructions.
It is the perfect size and we often move it into other rooms during the day to freshen them up. We will probably purchase another in the spring for our allergies
We wanted an air purifier and this one works exactly as we wanted it to. It was a fair price and we have not had any issues with it. Nice and quiet! I can’t compare it to other air purifiers because it’s the only one I’ve ever had, but for the price, and for a person on a budget, I think it’s done an amazing job. I’d like to get another for a different part of my house.

Great Purifier. I tend to have a lot of allergies resulting in watery / itchy eyes in the morning. The filter works great at removing not only the particles in the air, but also any bad odors that may be present resulting in less watery eyes in the morning. When we turn on the heater on the colder days, the filter will automatically switch to a more powerful setting (we set it on the auto setting) in order to remove the particulates that are spread as a result of the heater blowing stuff around.
A hepa filter comes with the air purifier. You just have to make sure that when you first use the purifier, you have to physically take out the filter in order to remove the plastic packaging layer, then re-insert the filter. Once you plug in the filter, there’s an on off switch on the top right that you can switch on before choosing the appropriate settings to set the filtration speed.
What I like about the purifier is that when the air quality is bad, the LEDs do change colors. Blue for good air quality, orange or red for bad air quality. It’s great to see that this sensor actually works accurately because I’ve noticed time and time again the purifier become orange or red when we turn on our heater. This is a great product!

Great purchase. I purchased this item after seeing advertisement on T.V.. I purchased this for my daughter who is an asthmatic. I have noticed a decrease in her allergies and asthma exacerations. I highly recommend this for anyone with allergies and asthma. I made 4 payment installments which made it easier to buy. I gave this product 5 stars for all categories!

A breath of fresh air. With the construction of our new office area, there was constantly dust on everything even after construction was completed. On a sunny day you could see the particles floating in the air, we were constantly sneezing and our eyes were itchy. Much of the office staff had the same symptoms. After purchasing the AeraMax DX55, it only took a couple of days to make a noticeable difference. So, very satisfied with this product and would recommend it anyone that wants cleaner air to breathe.

Instant difference. I have installed the DX95 in my son’s room to combat allergies and noticed a difference in the air quality almost immediately. It is new, so all I can review so far is my surprise at the quietness of operation even when I turned the fan up. For now, planning to move it between his bedroom and the family room to combat dog odors there.

After 3 Months I Say The AeraMax DX95 is Excellent. I purchased (2) DX95’s, one in my living room and one in my bedroom. I have 2 big boxer dogs so the house gets dusty. I would wake with puffy eyes and stuffed up. Now I wake refreshed, no more allergy problems. The carbon filter in my bedroom was real dirty after 2.5 months telling me the dogs create a lot of dander. I see the light go to amber a lot during the night. For those concerned about the unit’s PlasmaTrue™ Technology creating an ionized field, you can turn this feature OFF by holding down the button for 3 seconds. It concerned me too, so I turned mine off. I will be buying 1 more unit for my large office, 3 should cover my 1300 SF house nicely.
